CB) Eliaquim Mangala joins Manchester City for £32 million
Manchester City’s main signing this summer was Eliaquim Mangala. The Frenchman is a promising defender but is he worth £32 million? Not at the moment, especially if you take into account that he may not even be one of City’s first choice centre backs currently.
Martin Demichelis has been in wonderful form since the new year so he will surely stay at the back alongside Vincent Kompany for awhile. It is a lot of money for a player who might be warming the bench for most of the season.
