White Hart Lane side look to re-shuffle striking pack.

Tottenham have their sights firmly set on Premier League strikers Saido Berahino and Jay Rodriguez as boss Mauricio Pochettino seeks to conduct something of a squad re-shuffle according to the Daily Mail.

Pochettino has seen his current crop of strikers struggle for form and will look to find buyers for Roberto Soldado and Emmanuel Adebayor in January.

The White Hart Lane boss hopes to complete a successful St Mary’s raid for Rodriguez and given that Ronald Koeman’s side have clearly managed very well without the injured England man there is perhaps a chance a good bid would be considered.

West Bromwich Albion’s Saido Berahino has enjoyed an exceptional season thus far and was drafted into Roy Hodgson’s senior England set-up this week though Spurs may be put off by his reported £25m price-tag.

Berahino has racked up eight goals in 12 starts in all competitions for the Baggies this term and the 21 year old may well feel he needs to leave the Hawthorns to meet his ambitions.

A move for £15m rated Rodriguez may prove more successful and clearly the former Burnley man is a player Pochettino knows well from his time in charge of Southampton.
