Etihad Stadium side told to dig deep to land former Chelsea star.
Man City are keen on luring Kevin de Bruyne back to the Premier League but have been told that a bid of £30m would be necessary to make such a deal a reality according to the Independent.

Bundesliga side Wolfsburg paid Chelsea £18m for de Bruyne in January and the attacking midfielder has proven a massive hit since moving to the Volkswagen Arena.
De Bruyne tops the assist charts by some distance, the former Blues man racking up 10 in Bundesliga action alone, and one can see why Manuel Pellegrini would be interested in bringing the Belgian to the Etihad Stadium.
That said Pellegrini does possess a fair few similar talents to de Bruyne, such as David Silva, Samir Nasri, Stevan Jovetic and Jesus Navas and as such one imagines a player or two may need to be sold make way for such an addition.
