White Hart Lane side plan yet another Amsterdam raid.
Tottenham are reportedly keen on Ajax centre-back Niklas Moisander according to the BBC.
White Hart Lane boss Mauricio Pochettino has seen his side hit a good run of form of late, opting to use Jan Vertonghen and Federido Fazio as his central defensive pairing, but the Argentine may be keen to add further strength in depth at the back.
29 year old Finnish international Moisander may be tempted by a move to White Hart Lane having spent almost his entire career in the Dutch Eredivisie.
The tough tackling no-nonsense defender is into his second spell at Ajax and could provide Pochettino with a dependable back-up option and the north London side definitely have a habit of raiding the Amsterdam outfit.
Previously Spurs have brought in the aforementioned Vertonghen and playmaker Christian Eriksen from the Dutch giants.
