San Siro boss Roberto Mancini is keen to lure the 26 year old Brazilian to Inter and will look to make an initial loan move for the White Hart Lane star with a view to a permanent €12m switch.
Tottenham paid the Corinthians £17m for Paulinho 18 months ago and he has a solid first campaign at the north London side but is seemingly not part of Mauricio Pochettino’s plans.
Paulinho hasn’t started a single Premier League fixture this term with Pochettino electing to use the likes of Ryan Mason, Nabil Bentaleb and Etienne Capoue as his chief central midfield options.
A move to Inter Milan may well tempt Paulinho though Daniel Levy may feel he can recoup the entire fee paid for the World Cup star and may elect to hold onto the player until the summer.
