The 18-year-old has featured five-times in the Europa League, including against Tottenham Hotspur, and has made 13 league appearances – with his performances catching the eye of the current Premier League leaders.
The Serbian believes that a move to Stamford Bridge would be the optimum option for both himself and his current club:
“In the situation we are now in, going to Chelsea would be the best solution for me and for Partizan,” said Pantic.
“I am not sure when I will be back in Belgrade, I believe in the next day or two, and a transfer should be done this week.”
Pantic has refused to sign a professional contract with Partizan which means that the club will therefore acquire just £670,000 if and when the player moves.
