The cheeky presenter called Galliani masquerading as flamboyant Sampdoria owner Massimo Ferrero, and tricked the Milan chief to spill the beans on his plans to sign former Southampton striker Dani Osvaldo or Arsenal target Mattia Destro on loan before the end of the transfer window next week.

He also revealed that either deal would come with an option to make the move(s) permanent.

Galliani also had some interesting thoughts on the future of under fire boss Filippo Inzaghi, claiming that he will remain in charge until the end of the season at least.

“Unless something disastrous happens we will go forward with Inzaghi at least until the end of the season,” he said.

Inzaghi had been billed as a dead man walking following the club’s exit from the Copa Italia to Lazio, but has now apparently received a slight reprieve for a few more months.
