Mexican outfit Monterrey are closing in on their new him and it is expected that the stadium will be ready by the start of the 2015 Apertura.

Monterrey In Crisis Ahead of Copa MX Showdown
The new stadium is located in the Guadalupe neighbourhood of the city and will house 52,000 fans. The club currently share a university’s ground – the Estadio Tecnologico – which is the second oldest top flight football stadium in the country (opened in 1950).
The cost of the new stadium is approximately $200 million USD.
