The Italian giants look keen to strengthen upfront ahead of next season, with Fernando Llorente struggling for form this term and linked by the Daily Star with a move to either Liverpool or Tottenham Hotspur.
This could free up space in the Juventus side for more attackers, and Dzeko’s current fall down the pecking order at the Etihad Stadium might make him a realistic target on the cheap in the next transfer window.
City already have Sergio Aguero and Wilfried Bony as their first-choice strikers, with Dzeko looking unconvincing in many of his performances this season and perhaps unlikely to get past the pair into the starting lineup on a regular basis.
Stevan Jovetic is also mentioned by the Mirror as a City player who could be on his way out of the club at the end of this campaign.
