While several bargain transfers are in the 20, there are also some surprisingly expensive players among the value for money group. What do you think of their choices?

20) Andrew Robertson, Hull City, £2.85 million

While the Tigers have been poor throughout the season and are now favourites for the drop, their Scottish left-back has been impressive. Since joining, the 21-year-old has earned his way in to the Scotland team and could well stay in the division even if Hull are relegated.

19) Diafra Sakho, West Ham, £3.5 million

12 goals have endeared the Senegalese to fans at Upton Park, although injuries have held him back in the second half of the season. Will a new manager trust him if Sam Allardyce leaves though?
