According to Estadio Deportes, Forlín, who is 27 years old, is well like by Leon’s boss Juan Pizzi. He could be one of nine new faces that the club will bring in.

Leon were back to back champions 12 months ago, but endured a torrid 2015 Clausura and ended the campaign in a lowly 17th spot. It was thought they might sack Pizzi (who only joined in January), but he appears to have survived and will be allowed a full summer to put his own stamp on the squad.

Forlín has also played for Espanyol and Real Madrid ‘B’ during his career. He has never represented Argentina.

Queretaro and Santos Laguna will play in this season’s Liga MX final. The next season will start on the first weekend of August.
