Fernando Felicevich, who also represents current Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez, watched as the north London giants thrashed Villa 4-0 to lift the trophy for a second year in a row, and is understood to have held negotiations with the club after the match.
This looks like putting Arsenal in a good position to sign Vidal this summer, despite manager Arsene Wenger having played down reports that his side were in for the 28-year-old.
Vidal still has the Champions League final against Barcelona to play in this season, before jetting off to play for Chile in the Copa America, but the Daily Telegraph suggests he could be on his way to becoming an Arsenal player for 2015/16 after talks between his agent and the club.
