Revealed: Liverpool target Jurgen Klopp REJECTS managerial offer

Former Dortmund boss turns down manager’s job.

Former Borussia Dortmund manager and rumoured Liverpool target Jurgen Klopp has turned down an offer to take over the Mexican national team.

The German tactician has been out of work since leaving Dortmund at the end of last season, but has been linked with a host of top positions after becoming highly regarded in the coaching world.

The 48-year-old is known to be wanted by Liverpool as the club struggle under current boss Brendan Rodgers, but it is not yet clear if they will move for him or give the Northern Irishman more time to turn things around.

According to the London Evening Standard, Klopp seems to want to make himself available for the Reds, and has rejected the chance to take charge of Mexico to keep his options open.
