Liverpool will be looking to carry the momentum from their late draw with Arsenal into their game against a lacklustre Manchester United this weekend, but the Reds will do so with a number of injury problems.
The Reds still have several players missing with hamstring problems, with playmaker Philippe Coutinho and defender Dejan Lovren the latest to join the hit list.
Manager Jurgen Klopp will look at this encounter as the perfect opportunity to get his side’s season back on track.
Currently the Reds are sat in mid-table and are seeing their Champions League hopes slip away.
Following his late equaliser, Joe Allen will likely keep his place in the midfield, while Roberto Firmino – after Wednesday’s heroics vs Arsenal – will no doubt continue up front in place of Christian Benteke.
Divock Origi and Daniel Sturridge are both still sidelined, but Mamadou Sakho and Kolo Toure will resume their central defensive partnership once again.
