Antonio Conte willing to sacrifice superb trio to land £80m superstar

It’s no big secret that Antonio Conte is a huge fan of Juventus superstar Paul Pogba, having brought the Man United starlet to Juventus in 2012 and quickly molding him into one of the best players in European football. Now that Conte has a new home at Chelsea, he’s ready for a reunion with his former Golden Boy and could very well take a hatchet to the Blues’ roster to make the move happen.

According to Sport Mediaset, Conte is willing to part ways with a trio of midfielder superstars – Oscar, Willian and John Obi Mikel – in order to fund a move for the 23-year-old ace. Per the Metro, Chelsea will need about £80 million to fund a move for the French superstar.

While Oscar and Mikel have struggled for much of Chelsea’s failed Premier League title defense, Willian has made a strong case for team MVP with ten goals in all competitions – five of which were in the Champions League – and six assists.
