Just one year after making a big switch from Schalke to Wolfsburg, Julian Draxler is already being targeted by a trio of very wealthy Premier League clubs.
According to the Express, Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal are all interested in signing the creative German star – as are Serie A champions Juventus. Per the report, Wolfsburg – who bought Draxler for £25.5 million from Schalke last year – are demanding upwards of £50 million for him now.
Draxler scored six goals in 23 Bundesliga matches for Wolfsburg – the second-highest total of his career after a superb 2012-13 season with 10 league and 13 total goals for Schalke.
On the international level, Draxler has been capped 23 times and has scored two goals – with his most recent goal coming this past Sunday in a 3-0 win over Slovakia in the Euro 2016 knockout round.
However, the Express added that Wolfsburg’s sporting director is not interested in selling Draxler this summer – regardless of the offer.
