The Brazil international Lucas Leiva has reached out to his teammate Roberto Firmino on social media.
The defensive midfielder took to Instagram to wish Firmino a happy birthday. Firmino turned 25 today and will be in high spirits after scoring during Liverpool’s 2-1 win over Swansea City.
Lucas shared a photo of his teammate and included a Happy Birthday message in Portuguese.
Firmino has been in impressive form this season with three assists and four goals in eight appearance.
Liverpool moved up into second place in the Premier League following yesterday’s victory. The Reds face their bitter rivals Manchester United on October 17.
