(Image) Manchester United centre-back Marcos Rojo’s injury does not look good, potential knee ligament damage

Photos have emerged of the injury that Manchester United centre-back Marcos Rojo suffered against Anderlecht, and it doesn’t look good.

The Argentina international was taken off the Old Trafford field on a stretcher, and on first viewing, it appeared as though he may well have suffered a serious knee injury.

It doesn’t get any better when you look at the still images of the incident, either. The manner in which Rojo’s knee is bending could well suggest he has suffered ligament damage. Rojo will have to undergo scans in order to confirm those fears.
