Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has made a bold claim about team-mate Anthony Martial as he tips him for a big future in the game.
The France international described his fellow countryman as ‘one of the best players I have ever seen’ in a glowing review to MUTV, as quoted by the Daily Mirror.
Although Martial, 21, has not quite found his feet yet at Old Trafford, he has long been regarded as a huge prospect for the future after bursting onto the scene a few years ago.
Martial shone at Monaco before his big move to United, and finished as the Red Devils’ top scorer in his first season, though he has not since been a regular under Jose Mourinho.

Pogba, however, made it clear just how highly he rates him by praising him as among the best he’s worked with, despite a career spent alongside the likes of Andrea Pirlo at Juventus, and United legends Paul Scholes and Ryan Giggs in his first spell at Old Trafford.
‘Anthony is a big, big, big talent. He’s a talented player – one of the best players I have ever seen or trained with,’ Pogba said.
‘He will improve a lot and you are going to see even more of Anthony, I’m sure.’
Both Pogba and Martial will now just be hoping manager Mourinho shares that view and starts giving him the chance to prove himself.
