Man United are preparing a final offer for Barcelona and Colombia Yerry Mina as the Red Devils look to seal a move for the defender, according to journalist Guillermo Arango.
As per Comutricolor, Arango was speaking about Mina to Man United on radio station RCN Radio, with the journalist giving United fans some good news about their club’s swoop for Mina.

Arango stated that United are “simply finalizing the final offer for Yerry Mina to be a Manchester United player”, and that the player is going to be moving to the Premier League, and that his new team “will be Manchester United, 90%”, news that be music to Red Devils fans’ ears.
As per Mundo Deportivo, Barca are after at least £40M (€45M) for the Colombian, a price that seems a bit inflated given how he performed for the Blaugrana last season.
Mina impressed at the World Cup this summer, with the player scoring three goals in total for Colombia, with two of these playing a big part in his side reaching the round of 16.
The Barca star scored the winner in their victory against Senegal, as well as bagging a late equaliser against the Three Lions before seeing his side lose on penalties.
Despite this, £40M for Mina seems like United would be overpaying a bit, as his performances for Ernesto Valverde’s side last year showed the player’s true capabilities.
Mina struggled whenever he was selected to start for Barca by Valverde, as his inability on the ball and lack of positional awareness soon became apparent to Blaugrana fans.
An inexperienced centre-back like Mina is one that United certainly aren’t in need of, so forking out the aforementioned sum that Barca are after would not be a good deal at all for Mourinho and Co.
