Liverpool continued their perfect start to the season tonight, as they beat Crystal Palace 2-0 at Selhurst Park.
The Reds secured their second win in two games this season thanks to goals from James Milner and forward Sadio Mane.

The victory now means that Jurgen Klopp’s side sit joint-top of the league, with the club only second to leaders Manchester City on goal difference.
Despite this, some fans took time out of their day to hammer Reds forward Roberto Firmino for his performance against the Eagles this evening.
In fairness, the Brazilian international often looked lost in the match, with his display being far from what we know he’s capable of.
Firmino rarely threatened the Palace defence, and his presence was futile as Liverpool relied on Milner and Mane to take home all three points from south London.
Due to this, a fair few fans took to social media to slate the former Hoffenheim star for his display against Palace today.
