Maurizio Sarri has led Chelsea to four wins from their first four Premier League games, joining an elite club in the process.
The Italian tactician, who replaced Antonio Conte as Blues manager this summer, is now just the sixth Premier League coach to win his first four games in this country.

That’s certainly no mean feat, with even Conte’s extremely dominant Chelsea team of 2016/17 not managing that.
One of the most convincing title winners ever, Chelsea won their first three under Conte before a 2-2 draw with Swansea City in their fourth game.
CFC went on to win the league with two games to spare that season, so this bodes pretty well for Sarri.
Only six managers have won each of their first four Premier League games:

Guus Hiddink
Carlo Ancelotti
Craig Shakespeare

This is also the sixth time overall that Chelsea have won all four of their first four league matches, and on five of those occasions they won the title.
Given that Sarri had never managed outside of Italy until this season, it’s a hugely impressive start by the former Napoli boss.
Fans of the west London giants will hope this can continue as few slip-ups will be allowed in what looks like being an extremely competitive title race this season after fast starts also made by Liverpool and Tottenham, while reigning champions Manchester City will also take a lot to beat.
