Lucas Digne proved his superb ability from set-pieces yet again this weekend, as the Frenchman scored his second free kick in four games to give his side a 2-0 lead vs Burnley.
Everton were already 1-0 up vs Sean Dyche’s side thanks to a fine header from Yerry Mina, and Digne’s brilliant free kick gave the away side a 2-0 advantage in the first half.
The former Barcelona man stepped up the set piece 25 yards from goal, as he hit a stunning left-footed effort past Joe Hart and into the back of the net.
This was the player’s second set piece goal in four games, as the defender also scored from a free kick in his side’s 2-2 draw with Watford earlier this month.
