Manchester United look to be edging ever closer to a stunning double transfer raid for Inter Milan pair Ivan Perisic and Milan Skriniar.
Both players have long been linked with the Red Devils after becoming key men at the San Siro, and it looks increasingly likely now that moves to Old Trafford are imminent.
According to Calciomercato, Inter have big plans of their own and are planning to make room for new signings by offloading Perisic to United.
The Croatian winger would likely cost around £40million, which should be perfectly affordable for United and give them more natural wide options after using forwards like Alexis Sanchez, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial in that area with mixed results.
On top of that, the Express have claimed highly-rated centre-back Skriniar could be on his way out of the Milan club too for around £63m.
The Slovakia international is stalling on signing a new contract and the Italian giants are prepared to offload him now instead of risking losing him for free.
United have made Skriniar one of their priority targets in defence this January and should have no trouble paying £63m for him, making this a potential £103m double raid on Inter.
If MUFC pull this off they will be a far stronger side in the second half of the season and could really have a good chance of breaking back into the top four under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, and perhaps even challenging for the Champions League.
