Leeds United have appointed Brian McDermott as their new manager one a three year deal according to BBC Sport.
The 52 year old was axed by Reading last month and takes over from Neil Warnock at Elland Road with Leeds United sitting five points from the relegation zone with five games left to play.
McDermott’s first match in charge comes in the form of a Yorkshire derby with Sheffield Wednesday this weekend.
