Old Trafford winger set to join Turkish giants.
Man United winger Nani is set to join Fenerbache according to the Metro.
The 28 year old Portuguese international’s career at Old Trafford was stagnating prior to his loan move to Sporting Lisbon, during which he greatly impressed, leading to an imminent move to Turkish giants Fenerbache.
Nani will put pen to paper on a contract worth £4m and the two sides have agreed a fee and the Man United is set to undergo a medical with the Istanbul based side.
Man United signed Nani back in 2007 and after initially struggling to emerge from the shadow of national team colleagues Cristiano Ronaldo the cultured wide-man made a name for himself, finishing the 2010/11 season as the Premier League’s leading assist maker before being snubbed in Sir Alex Ferguson’s starting eleven for the 2011 Champions League final against Barcelona.
