Barcelona wonderkid Adama Traore has passed a medical with Aston Villa today ahead of an imminent move to the Premier League, according to the Daily Mirror.
The Spanish starlet is known to be a target for Liverpool after impressing in Barca’s B team, but it looks like he has opted for a move to Villa Park instead, in a surprise move.

This looks a good buy for Tim Sherwood’s side as they hope to fight the drop this season, and Traore himself would certainly benefit from playing regular first-team football.
The 19-year-old has not been guaranteed that at the Nou Camp and may not have been a regular at Anfield either, though experience at Villa could be great for his career.
