There aren’t too many people, it seems, that football fans love to see fail more than Brendan Rodgers.
Every time something goes wrong for Brodgers and his Liverpool side, it appears as though Twitter delights in their failures and their humiliation.
After a few encouraging weeks—narrow victories over Bournemouth and Stoke City—as well as a valuable point against Arsenal, it had looked as though things were looking up for Liverpool.
Twitter went quiet.

But it was clear that the good times couldn’t last for too long—at least not with Dejan Lovren in defence—although maybe no one expected things to be this bad!
In Saturday’s home meeting with West Ham United, the Merseysiders fell 1-0 down inside three minutes when Manuel Lanzini scored, only for Mark Noble to double the lead less than half an hour later.
Needless to say, Twitter was delighted to see the Reds stumble once again.
