Chelsea to offer Willian new deal to keep him out of Bayern’s reach

Chelsea are said to be preparing a new contract for midfield star Willian in order to keep him out of reach of Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich, according to The Sun.

The Brazilian international has been Chelsea’s star performer so far this season, despite their struggling form, and as such he has come to the attention of the German champions (via Sun).

And because of that The Sun is suggesting that the Chelsea hierarchy are prepared to offer the player a deal worth over £100,000-per-week as a reward.

The 27-year-old still has two-and-a-half years left to run on his current deal, but talks over an extension are already believed to have begun (via Sun).

Having heated Spurs to his signature in a £30million deal back in 2014, the Brazil international has gone on to be one of Jose Mourinho’s biggest performers, and having gone on to bag four goals on the trot earlier in the campaign, his winner over Dynamo Kiev last week has given manager Jose Mourinho an extended stay as Blues boss (via Sun).
