Manchester City have been dealt a huge injury blow with the news that midfielder Samir Nasri will be out for the next three months, the Daily Express reports.
The Frenchman sustained a hamstring injury during City’s recent 5-1 demolition of Bournemouth, and he has since taken to Instagram to provide fans with an update on his recovery status.
He wrote: “What doesn’t kill you make you stronger.
“I will be back better than ever see you in 3 months.”
The 28-year-old will now miss this weekend’s meeting with Liverpool, and could also miss out of playing in the vital meetings with both Southampton and Arsenal.
