According to Arsenal fan site All Arsenal, the Gunners are set to seal a deal for Leicester City’s Riyad Mahrez in the coming weeks.
The Algeria international has been one of the stars of the season so far, and while Jamie Vardy has stolen much of the plaudits during the Foxes’ run to the pinnacle of the Premier League, Mahrez has also been outstanding.
The wideman currently finds himself joint second in the assists chart—having managed six in 13 outings so far—while he is sixth in the goal charts after accruing seven strikes to date.
With Mahrez in tandem with Vardy, the East Midlands outfit have scaled previously unconsidered heights and find themselves second after 14 matches—15 points ahead of reigning champions Chelsea.

However, it remains to be seen how much longer Mahrez will be at the King Power Stadium.
According to All Arsenal, Arsene Wenger is keen to sign Leicester star Mahrez imminently, although the fan blog question whether the winger could be a long-term solution for the Gunners, and whether the coach Wenger would surely demand for one of the division’s hot properties right now.
