Transfer boost for Tottenham & Arsenal as club chairman admits versatile hitman will move on

Toulouse president Olivier Sadran has admitted that star forward Wissam Ben Yedder will leave the club at the end of the season.

The Tunisian forward—who represented France at U-21 level—has been heavily linked with a move away from Le TFC, a club it appears he has outgrown.

The versatile attacker has been linked with a move to both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, while Sevilla and AS Roma are understood to retain an interest in the attacker.

“Wissam is a fantastic boy and he will leave in June whatever happens,” Sadran admitted, speaking to France Football earlier in the month [as per Le 10 Sport].

“The conditions will be more interesting for him [than before] as he has more choices,” the club administrator admitted, referencing the various clubs understood to be keen on the Sarcelles-born hitman.

Marseille have also been linked to the attacker, and may consider Ben Yedder as a potential replacement for Michy Batshuayi, who is understood to be a summer transfer target for Juventus.

25-year-old Ben Yedder has scored 12 goals in 28 matches for Toulouse this season, but has been unable to help the Occitan club’s slide towards Ligue 2.

He bagged 14 goals in 36 showings last term, contributing three assists.
