Zlatan Ibrahimovic has some exciting news for Manchester United fans as he reveals he has no plans to retire

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has revealed that he feels he could play on until he is 50-years-old, report the Daily Star.

Ibrahimovic is enjoying a fantastic debut season at Old Trafford. The big Swede has scored 11 goals in his opening 16 appearances in the Premier League, as well as five more in other competitions. His contributions have fast become vital to Manchester United, and his match-winning performance against West Brom at the weekend was testament to that.

The charismatic striker is 35-years-old, so the performances he is putting in for Jose Mourinho’s side are nothing short of remarkable. He, however, feels that he could play on for another 15 years, as the Daily Star report: “I think I could play also at 50, but that won’t be down to me. The older I get, the better I get – like red wine!”

If Ibrahimovic is like a bottle of red wine, what does that make team-mate Wayne Rooney? A can of Stella Artois?
