Everton could lose electric winger to La Liga giants in the summer for as little as £10M

Everton winger Gerard Deulofeu, who is currently on loan at AC Milan, could return to former employers Barcelona in the summer transfer window, report Calciomercato.

Deulofeu struggled to break into Ronald Koeman’s starting side at Goodison Park, and subsequently left on loan in search of regular first-team football. AC Milan swooped in to sign him until the end of the campaign, and it has proved a shrewd move from the Italian heavyweights.

The Spaniard has shown great promise in his first few performances for Milan, and scored his first goal for the club against Fiorentina on Sunday. His good form appears to have captured the attention of his former side Barcelona.

Calciomercato cite La Gazzetta dello Sport in claiming that Barcelona’s can re-sign Deulofeu in the summer for as little as £10million. The Italian outlet believes that the Catalan giants have no interest in keeping the 22-year-old around at Camp Nou, but will instead look to sell him on to another European side for a profit.
