Marcus Rashford has been linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain this week but his Man United manager, Erik ten Hag, has insisted that the forward is part of the project at Old Trafford.

According to The Mirror, PSG want Rashford to replace the outgoing Kylian Mbappe, who looks set to join Real Madrid this summer.

The French club targetted the Man United star during the summer of 2022 and ahead of the upcoming transfer window are said to be ready to launch a £75m bid for the England international.

Speaking about Rashford ahead of Man United’s FA Cup clash with Liverpool on Sunday, Ten Hag said that the forward is part of the project at Old Trafford having only signed a new deal last year.

“We didn’t re-sign him last season for four years [to a new contract] with the intention to sell him. No,” said the United boss via Sky Sports.

“He should be part of this project. It’s not a subject we talk about.”
