‘He is a massive problem’ – Ian Wright hails Manchester United star

The Arsenal legend has hailed Manchester United forward Alejandro Garnacho after his incredible performance in the FA Cup last weekend.

The Red Devils secured passage to the semi-finals of the FA Cup after a dramatic and thrilling win against Liverpool last weekend.

It looked like Jurgen Klopp’s side were set to secure a win in extra time when Harvey Elliot made it 3-2 in the 105th minute.

But a Marcus Rashford equaliser followed by a 120th-minute Amad Diallo winner sent Old Trafford wild and Manchester United into the FA Cup semi-finals.

Speaking about the game on the Ringer FC Podcast, Arsenal legend Ian Wright hailed the performance of Garnacho who set up Diallo for the winning strike.

‘I need to mention Garnacho because he is a massive problem for everybody.’ He said via the Metro.

‘I thought it was a very impressive performance in a massive game for him, especially considering his age.’

The Argentine winger has pushed Antony out of the squad as he has nailed down that position on the right-hand side of Erik ten Hag’s attack.

At just 19, Garnacho has established himself as one of the best prospects in the Premier League and a versatile as well as vital cog in Ten Hag’s wheel.

Manchester United is preparing for a showdown with Brentford next weekend as they push for that final Champions League spot but will have a firm eye fixed on the Coventry City semi-final next month.
