The Hammers will move away from Upton Park and to the own new home for the 2016/17 season whilst Spurs need to find a new home for the 207/18 season before they move to their new improved 56,250 seat stadium.

Tottenham had approached the FA about spending a season a Wembley but that request was turned down whilst the option of moving to Milton Keynes is not one that will go down well with the club’s fans, not least because of the distance involved as well as MK Dons 22,000 capacity.
