Atletico Nacional (COL) vs Cesar Vallejo (PER)
Boca Juniors (ARG) vs Cerro Porteno (PAR)
Estudiantes (ARG) vs River Plate (ARG)
Sao Paulo (BRA) vs Emelec (ECU)

The two legged ties will be played on October 29/30 and November 5/6.

The final is scheduled for mid December. The winner will qualify for the 2015 Copa Libertadores along with the Recopa Sudamericana – the CONMEBOL equivalent of the European Super Cup – against 2014 Copa Libertadores winners San Lorenzo.
