En Avant de Guingamp forward Claudio Beauvue scored a wondergoal on Saturday to remind his Premier League suitors why they should come in for him this summer.
The Franco-Guadeloupean attacker is enjoying a breakout campaign in France and his fine form has attracted interest from Premier League sides such as Everton, Stoke City, Hull City and West Ham United.
Beauvue helped EAG to qualify for the Europa League last season, and has transferred his fine form into this campaign.
Heading into Saturday’s fixture away at Stade Malherbe Caen, he had found the net 22 times in all competitions, including 13 efforts in the French top flight.
His form has altered France coach Didier Deschamps, who has spoken about the possibility of calling him up, while the 27-year-old is unlikely to remain at Guingamp beyond this summer.
The forward reminded his suitors why they should pull out the stops to bring him to the PremierLeague with a superb long-range effort that wasn’t too dissimilar to Hulk’s wonderstrike for Zenit Saint Petersburg against Sevilla in midweek.
