The legendary Argentine coach has restored pride and optimism back to OM, and guided the side to a title challenge this season, with a team filled with exciting young players.

However, throughout his career, Bielsa’s teams have picked up an unhappy reputation for fading as campaigns wear on.

The same has happened for Marseille, who have capitulated horribly—losing their last four matches in a row. Not only have they fallen out of the race for the Ligue 1 crown, they have also dropped out of the Champions League places.

Should Bielsa leave at the end of the season, Le 10 Sport believe that AVB has been contacted with a view to taking the hotseat. The former Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur coach was on the shortlist for the post back in 2014, before Bielsa got the job.
