The German international seems set to snub offers from the Premier League this summer and make the move to Turin instead, leaving the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United to consider other options in that position.
Arsene Wenger’s side have been particularly keen to sign a new defensive midfielder for next season, with Southampton’s Morgan Schneiderlin and Juventus’ Arturo Vidal also believed to be priority targets.
With Khedira moving to Juve, it may at least free up Vidal to leave the club and make the move to the Emirates Stadium, though it would still be a blow for the Gunners to miss out on his potentially superb free transfer.
The 28-year-old allowed his contract at the Bernabeu to run down, but Goal.com now claim Juventus looks likely to be his next club.
