Paris Saint-Germain have emerged as surprise suitors for the transfer of Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo as the summer draws to a close.
There are just five days remaining of the Premier League transfer window, though European clubs can continue to make signings until the end of August.
The deadline in England, however, perhaps means United would be less likely to sell players without having a chance to replace them.
It remains to be seen if that would be the case with Rojo, who has not exactly been a regular at Old Trafford in recent times.
Still, the Sun claim he’s attracting plenty of interest, including from PSG as they look to add more options at the back this season.
The Argentina international is also reported in the Sun’s piece as being a target for Everton, Marseille and Zenit Saint Petersburg.

It remains to be seen where Rojo will end up, but it makes sense that his future looks like lying away from United after a lack of impact with the Red Devils.
United are also seemingly in the market for a new centre-back that would push Rojo down the pecking order, with the Evening Standard linking them with Tottenham’s Toby Alderweireld, while Mundo Deportivo suggest the club are making progress on a deal to sign Barcelona’s Yerry Mina.
