Manchester United’s top 8 transfer targets as Solskjaer eyes deals by July 1st, with £100m winger and £50m midfielder

5) Aaron Wan-Bissaka

A hugely exciting young talent that we’ve talked up as ideal for Man Utd here, Aaron Wan-Bissaka is also mentioned in the Mirror’s report.

The 21-year-old has shot to stardom with Crystal Palace this season and is the long-term replacement the club need for departing hero Antonio Valencia.

6) Declan Rice

Rated at around £50m by West Ham, according to the Mirror, the excellent Declan Rice is also mentioned as one of MUFC’s main targets.

This makes sense as the 20-year-old England international looks to have a bit of everything about his game that could make him the ideal replacement for the departing Ander Herrera.

7) Adrien Rabiot

Another player United are said to be keeping an eye on is Paris Saint-Germain’s Adrien Rabiot as he nears the end of his contract.

As a free transfer, Rabiot seems like one of the best bargains out there this summer and would surely be an upgrade on the likes of Nemanja Matic and Fred in the middle of the park.

8) Daniel James

Linked with United by a variety of sources, Swansea City starlet Daniel James is another mentioned in the Mirror’s report.

Despite not being the biggest name, the 21-year-old Welsh winger looks a young player with real potential who could be an ideal fit for Solskjaer’s style of play.
