Leeds ace with 204 appearances set to be first to leave club

Following the club’s relegation to the Championship during Sunday’s final day of the Premier League, Leeds United are now preparing for a huge summer squad overhaul.

And according to recent reports, one player who looks likely to depart sooner rather than later is winger Jack Harrison.

Linked with both West Ham United and Aston Villa, Harrison is unlikely to want to play in England’s second tier, especially when he could have the chance to continue in the Premier League.

And although his value is relatively modest at just £11m, the English wide-attacker could be the player first sacrificed in order for the Whites to reinvest as they look to go again next season and hopefully secure instant promotion back to the big time.

  1. Rats leaving a sinking ship they are the reason why we are where we are annoys me they can walk away to the clubs and shirk the responsibility no loyalty money talks sadly

    1. Correct said it for years if players get team relegated should be a clause in their contracts says they have to stay at least 2 years why should they just be able to say sod this I’m off either for same money or more likely more money, what’s to stop them going to a relegated team every season and they can just walk away year after year

    2. Definitely Jamie
It’s their fault we were relegated. Not the fans.
Majority of players have under performed and not been committed to the club only there for the pay. I am not including Adams in that, unfortunately he’s been injured when we needed him mostly.

  3. Don’t want Championship football, that’s where he played his best football. Just didn’t reach the same heights in the Premier League on a regular basis.
I agree they should be made to stay and get us back up Asap.

  4. Let’s face it.
At least 8 of our first team will go:
Meslier – Shame he has played well but ran out of steam.
Kristiensen – Has the fire and determination shame if he goes
Wober – He will be snapped up by a PL club or European Sad loss
Firpo – Has never fitted in, sooner he goes the better.
Geldhart – May not stay, just as he is making an impact we may lose him
Roca – Unsure he is hot and cold
Rutter – Gone before he really settled in.
Rodrigo – There is no way he will stay
Bamford – Even on a “Free to good home” nobody will want him.
    Mckennie- gone.
    Harrison – Will go 🙁
Gnonto – He’s really too good to stay and will be bought at a knocked down price.
Summerville – Shame but he is destined for a move
    Sinistera- See above.

Personally, I think it will be the 25/26 season before we will have a real shot at the PL again

  5. Unfortunately it is always money in the end game. They make the move and want to sit on the bench all the time. No thankyou why you would not want to be a regular starter every week is beyond me
Loyalty is not there in a club these days. As most say they chase the money and there performances drop dramatically and go from being a good player to just an average player. If these players have there best playing football in a club than the club needs to hold onto them.
The trouble with this team is we are very injury prone and there is no consistency in the squad every week to make a challenge. To many bad decisions and now to rebuild and get back to the top of the game. We need players that will preform every week for there spot and show some aggression and passion for the badge they wear. A pay check comes with the performances not the way we preformed. Time for changes and start all over with some players that have a ticker and will preform to there best every week
    Sydney Australia.
We will get back to the top C’mon Leeds

  6. I know money talks but they should refuse the best and most important players from leaving, they have a contract and we will need them if we are to have a chance to come straight back up.
