Having scored 14 goals in 10 Premier League starts it wouldn’t be a surprise if both Chelsea and Arsenal would want the Liverpool man but it seems unlikely that Suarez is going anywhere in the middle of the current campaign, not with his side riding high in second spot in the table.
Arguably both London side’s could well do with striking additions. Arsenal are wholly dependent on French forward Olivier Giroud and Chelsea’s strike trio Samuel Eto’o, Fernando Torres and Demba Ba have managed just five goals between them this season.
The chances of Suarez leaving Liverpool at the end of the season will greatly increase if Brendan Rodgers has been unable to secure a top four finish but a move before next summer seems hugely unlikely.
