With the 2013/14 season now over for the top clubs in Europe the transfer rumour mill is very much up and running and as always Premier League sides are expected to be involved in some big deals.
Liverpool have been the busiest so far, signing Rickie Lambert and Emre Can for a combined total of just under £14m, but the spending isn’t expected to end there.

10. Serge Aurier, Toulouse to Arsenal – £7m
One of Arsene Wenger’s main priorities this summer is signing a new right-back, due to the impending departure of Bacary Sagna when the Frenchman’s current contract expires.
Despite being linked with a number of names, it seems the Gunners will land the 21-year-old Aurier, with the Ivory Coast international’s agent admitting talks are in progress.
