Kaka’s Move To MLS In Jeopardy

Kaka has already agree to sign for new MLS side Orlando City from next season, however, he has confessed he would like to remain in Brazil next season.

Kaka would like to stay in the Brazilian Campeonato next season, in the process snubbing pre-agreed a move to newly formed MLS side Orlando.

The Brazil legend is currently playing for Sao Paulo – his boyhood side – and is on the verge of helping them to qualify for next season’s Copa Libertadores. He has confirmed to the Brazilian press that he would like to stay on at Sao Paulo beyond Christmas, thus playing in the most prestigious club competition outside Europe.

“We’ll talk about my future at the end of the championship. At the moment, I am happy here. I cannot  discuss that topic [leaving], I want to focus on the next matches.” said the former Milan to the Folha de Sao Paulo.

The owner of Orlando City has said he does not consider Kaka staying longer at Sao Paulo an option.
