According to Transfer Tavern, Hiddink has targeted Leicester City forward Jamie Vardy and West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino as the top players on his transfer list. The report stated that Hiddink wants “an English striker in January.”

Vardy leads the Premier League in scoring with 15 goals for table-leading Leicester City. He recorded an assist in the Foxes 3-2 win over Everton on Saturday. Vardy has contributed a goal or an assist in 15 consecutive matches.

Berahino finished last season for West Bromwich Albion with 14 goals, tied for 6th in the league with Olivier Giroud and MVP Eden Hazard. He attempted to force a transfer but was denied, and has been played only sparingly for West Brom this season.

Chelsea’s leading scorer in all competitions is Willian with seven. The second leading scorer is own goals (five) while Oscar and Diego Costa are tied with four each.
