Man United striker being courted by Premier League foe

After securing promotion from the Championship this past season, Middlesbrough are hoping to make enough of an impact in the summer transfer window to stay up for a while. However, they don’t appear to be getting a lot of help from their potential business partners at Old Trafford.

According to the Mirror, Middlesbrough are eagerly awaiting Man United manager Jose Mourinho to make a decision on their tabled offer for Adnan Januzaj.

This past season Man United sent Januzaj away on a loan spell to Borussia Dortmund.

Januzaj failed to score a goal for Borussia Dortmund during his brief time with the first-team, and recorded just one assist in six Bundesliga appearances.

Per the source, the Boro have already secured Valencia stars Alvaro Negredo and Antonio Barrangan, and are in the process of finalizing moves for Borussia Dortmund’s Neven Subotic as well as Gaston Ramirez.
