Bet365 Free Bets Offer for Weekend as Swansea Look to Shock the Premiership With Man United Scalp

by OnlineBookmakers on November 19th, 2011 4 comments

After the international break, Premier League football is back this weekend as we announce an exclusive Bet365 free bets offer for the weekend for all our visitors!

Bet365 have been in touch to tell us they will offer all CaughtOffside visitors a free £200 bet to spend on any football match on the weekend, including any game from a bumper UK football coupon! Backing Swansea to beat Man Utd at 7/1 could net you £1400! Claim this exclusive free bets offer here!

The coupon gets underway with Norwich at home to Arsenal on Saturday lunchtime.

The Canaries are enjoying a solid start to their Premier League campaign after winning promotion from the Championship last year, while Arsenal are back in some sort of form after a horrific start to the 2011/2012 season, and it is due to this upturn in fortune that I’m all over the 8/11 for the Gunners to claim their fifth win on the bounce.

Paul Lambert’s side like to play attacking attractive football but taking the Gunners on at their own game should be their downfall, and in all honesty after watching the Canaries perform a miracle to come back to draw 3-3 against Blackburn at Carrow Road in their last game they have it all to do.

Backing the Gunners at odds on away from home is something that never really appeals to me but they and Robin van Persie are bang in form and in this instance the 8/11 simply has to be taken.

With both teams set to attack from the off, it should be an excellent way to start the weekend of non-stop football action.

After this lunchtime kick-off, there are two stand out fixtures amongst the six 3pm games, one at the top and one at the bottom of the Premier League table.

Towards the top, Manchester City host Newcastle United in one of the best games of the weekend. City are leading the way right now, while Alan Pardew’s men are flying high and perform much better than many expected they would.

Whether they can get something at City remains to be seen, but with two unbeaten runs set to come head to head it should be a fascinating encounter between a lively attack and a solid defence.

The price of the home is 1/3 which will not appeal to many punters, but despite Newcastle’s fine start to the season I cannot see anything other than another win for Mancini’s men.

The second game to keep an eye out for on Saturday afternoon is Wigan at home to Blackburn. This is the bottom two meeting in a game that neither can afford to lose. Points are a must for both teams, otherwise they will start to see a gap opening up between themselves and the rest.

The other Saturday games are Everton v Wolves, Stoke v QPR, Sunderland v Fulham and West Brom v Bolton. Then, rounding off events on Saturday, Swansea City host Premier League champions Manchester United.

The Swans are unbeaten at the Liberty and have suddenly found their scoring touch, winning 3-0, 2-0, and 3-1 in their last three at home, and almost took all three points against Liverpool at Anfield.

I still cannot really remember a quality Man Utd performance in recent months and the 1/2 is way too short to be backing Alex Ferguson’s side. The 7/1 is more than a hint of value in backing the home side and Swansea could provide one of the shocks of the day. Get on the side from Wales.

Then, the only game on Sunday is a fantastic spectacle as Chelsea host Liverpool at Stamford Bridge. The last time the Blues played at home, they lost 5-3 to Arsenal so neutrals will be hoping for similar entertainment levels this weekend.

The Reds did the double over the Blues last season but the signs are not good for Kenny Daglish’s men after a dismal performance against Swansea and with only 14 goals scored in 11 games I simply cannot back them at 7/2. Chelsea have had some flack over recent weeks and Villas-Boas’s side simply cannot afford to lose, which is why the draw looks the best bet at 5/2.

Finally for the Premier League this weekend, Tottenham host Aston Villa on Monday evening. Harry Redknapp is expected to be back in the dugout as Spurs look to continue their excellent recent form.

Spurs are a little on the short side at 4/7 and to be fair were a little lucky against Fulham in their last game, despite winning 3-1 at Craven Cottage. Tottenham do look the most likely to compete with the two Manchester sides for the Premiership title this year but at 6/1 Aston Villa look a touch of value.

I’m not prepared to back them for the away win but will be on the 11/8 for Villa with a +1 headstart. That price is simply too big to ignore.

Bring it all on!

Paddy Power Free Bets Offer for Weekend as Blackburn Look too Big to Ignore Against Chelsea

by OnlineBookmakers on November 5th, 2011 Comments Off

With a staggering 39 goals in the last round of Barclays Premier League matches, this weekend will have some way to go to match it in terms of goalmouth action.

But there are certainly some intriguing contests to look forward to, with QPR v Man City and Wolves v Wigan probably the standout fixtures.

For those wishing to place a bet, we can announce an exclusive £100 free bet with Paddy Power. This is an increase to the normal £50 bet that is normally advertised and has limited availability, so please be quick! European visitors can pick up €100. Claim this great offer here!

Runaway leaders Man City will fancy their chances of at least maintaining their five-point lead with a positive result at Loftus Road even though we’re only in November, however the price of 2/5 looks a little short against a side who disposed of Chelsea last weekend.

Looking towards the bottom of the Premiership table the clash at Molineux on Sunday  has a real ‘six-pointer’ feel about it.

Wolves will be absolutely desperate to pick up their first league win since August 21 – a run that has seen them lose six times in eight matches.

But despite Wanderers’ dismal run, Wigan are actually three places below them at the foot of the table and with all the praise that Roberto Martinez got for steering them to safety last time around, he will have expected much better so far in 2011/12.

Mick McCarthy’s last outing at home was in a desperate 2-2 draw with Swansea, in a game which underlined how blunt Wolves look going forward. Two late goals were more to do with the Swans getting a little complacent at the back and there is absolutely no reason to be backing Wolves at the moment. Wigan are no great shakes themselves languishing below the men from Molineux but 7/2  looks too big a price with the home side in such dire straights.

Goals should be at a premium so the 10/1 for the 0-0 also jumps out from the coupon and is worth a small dabble.

Elsewhere, Arsenal will be confident of continuing their return to form with a home encounter against West Brom and Stoke, who travel to Bolton, Fulham and Spurs – with the latter two facing each other – will have fatigue at the back of their minds after tough Europa League assignments this evening.

The toughest test falls to Swansea with a trip to Anfield and after picking up just one away point so far in their maiden Premier League season, not many people will be backing them at 10/1 to get anything at Liverpool – who have looked mightily impressive this season.

The Swans have impressed many this season, but this is mainly down to their home form and against the bigger sides they have struggled, losing 4-0 to Man City and 4-1 to Chelsea, and have conceded three away at Carrow Road against Norwich.

Paddy Power make Liverpool 9/4 to win with a two goal handicap (so they must win by three goals) and this looks cracking value.

Manchester United will be confident of overcoming the challenge of Sunderland at home, but their price of 1/4 is not exactly the most attractive on offer, however Newcastle at 11/8 do look a shade of value in their St James’ Park contest with Everton, as Alan Pardew’s men aim to continue their remarkable start to the campaign.

They are a side who are playing with confidence, and it may just be time for punters to start backing Newcastle while their price stays a shade of value, and with Everton a little short of confidence the 11/8 is more than big enough to attract my interest.

Finally, all eyes will be on Ewood Park with John Terry’s Chelsea the visitors tomorrow. With a police investigation into alleged racist abuse now underway, it will be interesting to see if Blues boss Andre Villas-Boas picks his under-fire skipper. The 6/1 for the home win definitely interests me as Chelsea are leaking goals from all over at the moment. Rovers have managed to find the net  in their last three games, in Junior Hoilet they have a definite star of the future, and lets remember they have already disposed of Arsenal this season at Ewood.

Rovers have a bit of fight in them and 6/1 is way too big to dismiss.

It should be a cracking weekend of betting, and don’t forget to pick up your exclusive Paddy Power free bets offer!

For me, I’m off to Anfield to watch my beloved Swansea City take on Liverpool.

There’s never a dull moment in the Premier League.
